7 Days Return Policy – No Questions Asked
We are proud to offer a unique return policy for the first time in Pakistan. We send your main perfume bottles along with an additional 6ML pocket carrier and two different 2ml freebies. It is advised to use the pocket carrier before opening the main bottle. If you don’t like it, you can return it and get a full refund – no questions asked.
- This policy only applies to main products. Not Pocket carriers.
- This policy is only applicable if the main bottle is unused.
- This policy is only applicable if the product is returned in its original condition. If any damage is caused to the product, it shall be deducted from the refund amount.
- This policy is only applicable if there are standard carrier, pocket carrier and 2ml sample remains inside the box.
- This policy is only applicable if there shipment is returned in our original box, not anything thing else.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at their own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
- All returns should be sent to Khan Scentiments Head Office, Station Rode Labana Choke Bahawalpur.
